Shooting Star Ornament Raffle Ticket
Handmade by Wenjing Yang
$10.00
This astronomical phenomenon has been queer since the first homosexual invented the concept of wishing. In modern times, NBC’s “The More You Know” PSA campaign, Katy Perry’s performance of “Firework” at the 2015 Super Bowl, and the iconic crash-entrance of the nonbinary pink puff video game character Kirby have highlighted shooting stars’ staying power in queer culture. This celestial sensation has entered our stratosphere from an unknown (but fierce) galaxy, ready to grant gays and theys their heart’s true desire.
