Being a parent is one of the most noble and generous things a person can do, but it’s also, you know, hard and stuff. At The InQueery, we’re ardent supporters of Plant Parenthood, or using flora as a stand-in for children with just a fraction of the requisite caretaking. Are you only capable of being a fully present guardian for 10-20 minutes a week? Then instead of a tiny human, consider pouring your unrequited love into a Potty training Pothos, a Rattlesnake Plant, a Monstera Heir, or a Suck-ulent.

• All proceeds from raffle tickets will be donated to The Ali Forney Center, whose mission is to protect homeless Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Questioning youth from the harms of homelessness and empower them with the tools needed to be independent.
