Queer Quarters Ornament Raffle Ticket
Handmade by Jennifer Whitney
$10.00
Iconic lesbian shut-in Virginia Woolf espoused the need for a room of one’s own to write fiction. A sanctum sanctorum for falling onto satin sheets in fits of tears, gazing longingly out of windows, and cultivating warm floor lighting just so, the bedroom is an essential site of queer authenticity. This moody little refuge, cast in mauve and orange, is richer than any refuge that Woolf, or her literary successor Clarissa Darling, could ever dream of.
