Becky Leeman’s Headdress from Drop Dead Gorgeous Ornament Raffle Ticket
Handmade by Steph Seibel
$10.00
The final edition of the Mount Rose American Teen Princess Beauty Pageant boasted a pantheon of gay icons, among them: Brittany Murphy, Amy Adams, and Kirsten Dunst. But The InQueery would be in dereliction of its duties to not honor film’s fiercest pageant queen, Denise Richards’ Rebecca Ann Leeman. Who could forget the opening of the pageant, themed “Proud to be American,” when Becky fashioned a head sculpture of Mount Rushmore, enshrining herself among the overlords of American lore? Your Mount Rushmore, your Christmas tree, and your America deserve Becky and her crude craft project as its star attraction.
