Baba Yaga’s Hut on Chicken Legs Ornament Raffle Ticket

Handmade by Serra Victoria Bothwell Fels

$10.00

Baba Yaga is an iconic queer enigma who contains multitudes, appearing in different forms in different cultures and times. Does she help children, or cook and eat them? Does she fly upon her broom, or just use it to sweep up her tracks? One thing that fairy tale scholars agree on is her fabulous, one-of-a-kind house that perches on a pair of (fully-insured) chicken legs. All the better for a girl-on-the-go to traipse through the woods! Oh, to see this house on an Architectural Digest Open Door video.
