A translator of wild concepts into real-world solutions, she balances curiosity and systematic thinking to craft intentional solutions imbued with joy. Ash Ariel (they/them) is a Caribbean-American artist, illustrator, muralist, and community arts educator based in Washington, DC. A RISD Illustration BFA graduate, Ash’s work blends imagination and introspection to explore generational memory, Black girlhood, neurodivergence, and emotional legacies. Their art has been exhibited at venues such as the Mexican Cultural Institute (DC), RISD’s Black Biennial (Providence, RI), and the DC Dyke March Community Showcase (2025).
In late 2024, Ash launched NeuroNest, a creative studio offering community-centered art experiences, including murals, workshops, neurodivergent-affirming lessons, and nature sketching sessions.
Outside of art, Ash loves birdwatching, biking, handcrafts, and rewatching animated series like Infinity Train and Avatar: The Last Airbender.

Bill Crisafi
Bill Crisafi is an artist who lives and works in Chicago, IL. His body of work is heavily influenced by the occult, drag, fashion and the nostalgia he has for the dark history of his home state of Massachusetts. He communicates his ideas through illustration, sculpture and photography which explore themes of magic, folklore, merged together with a touch of camp and humor. His photographic work developed from his passion for costume construction, and allows him to bring to life the world he creates through illustration.

Arnulfo Maldonado is a New York City based set and costume designer. He is a Tony Award® Nominee for Best Scenic Design of a Musical for the Broadway production of Buena Vista Social Club (Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre, dir: Saheem Ali) and A Strange Loop by Michael R. Jackson (Lyceum Theatre, dir: Stephen Brackett). In addition, Arnulfo received the 2020 Obie for Sustained Excellence in Set Design, as well as a Special Citation Obie as part of the Creative Team of the Pulitzer Prize winning A Strange Loop by Michael R. Jackson. Arnulfo is a recipient of a Princess Grace Fabergé Theater Award and a multiple Henry Hewes Design nominee.

Primarily, they create large immersive, handmade installations that host extensive participatory programming through a queer and intersectional feminist lens. A set of central concerns guides each project; consensual power exchange, inquiry towards the collective, and bringing histories or communities together that have been overlooked or structurally disconnected from one another Reed is also known for their painting and video works.
